PAYMENT
PayPal is utilized for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or regular account payments all through PayPal. Currency is in US Dollars. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from our shop, although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it at checkout. Please be certain of your selections before purchasing. You may not cancel an order after payment. After purchase has been made, you may not refuse to accept the package from Speakeasy Goods or the mail carrier for any reason(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event that a package is detained or returned back to us as undeliverable for any reason.
SHIPPING
Most orders ship out the same day that payment is received. All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment and shipped daily Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Domestic orders are usually delivered 3-6 business days after payment clears.
 International orders vary but are usually received 7-10 business days after payment clears.
 Express shipping is available. Prices vary, so please contact us.

RETURN POLICY
Return or Exchange within 7 days of your receipt of package. After 7 days, all sales are FINAL. Goods must be in their original condition. Exchanges can be made once and are FINAL. Custom Orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. For other issues feel free to contact us and we’d be happy to help. We will not accept returns of non-faulty goods that appear used and/or damaged. In such cases, the item will be returned at a cost to the customer. We do our best to process your returns and exchanges as quickly as possible. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for any return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. This includes exchanges. Speakeasy Goods is not responsible for losses incurred during shipping.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We will replace any item you receive from us that is damaged or defective. If your purchase undergoes breakage during use & wear, we will be happy to replace it at any time. Please contact info@speakeasygoods.com for further instructions before sending your item back. After contacting us, the replacement will be sent to you once we've receive the returned item.
